Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated your working with us to sell, not only our home of 25 years, but also my father’s home and citrus orchard.
We really count our blessings when we think about how there were two homes on our block, one of which had been for sale literally for months – maybe even a year – and the other for at least a few months. Then ours was put on the market, and within one month, it was in escrow. One of the others still has not sold.
Not only were you skillful in your marketing – which was phenomenal – you were so easy to discuss things with and so available whenever we had any questions.
Another thing that impressed us was that you knew exactly how to price both properties – not so low that people could say that was the reason they sold so fast, nor so high that interest would be discouraged. And it really worked! In this day and age of properties and homes being for sale seemingly wherever you look, the interest you drummed up was quite amazing to us.
The bottom line is this: If and when we ever have a home or land to sell, or have friends in the same situation, we know exactly where to go, and exactly who to recommend to our friends.
