Grover Beach Amtrak Train Station
Grover Beach is a community of about 13,000 residents and provides a wonderful quality of life with it’s moderate coastal climate. Housing is generally more affordable than Pismo Beach. The beach walk corridor on Grand, the main street in Grover Beach, from Highway 1 to 4th St, has been developed into a beautiful walking corridor to the beach. The plan is to continue the development further east to revitalize the area into a pedestrian-oriented corridor of shops and restaurants. There are a number of parks in Grover Beach including a dog park and throughout the summer there are concerts in the Ramona Garden Park. Activities such as dune hiking, fishing, golfing, a skate park and off-road vehicle riding are just some of the activities which draw roughly a million tourists a year. A train station located on Highway 1 provides Amtrak rail service.
