Inland just a few miles is the San Luis Bay Estates gated community with several different neighborhoods at various price ranges. The golf course runs along side it and there is a great marketplace at the base.
Just off the Avila Beach freeway exit is the Avila Valley Barn. It’s a wonderful place for families to visit with fresh fruits and vegetables for sale, an ice-cream and candy shop, gifts, tables for picnicing and a number of animals that the kids can feed.
