North County Real Estate Report – October 2010 to October 2011
The statistical charts below are for the North County area of San Luis Obispo County and include the cities/towns of Paso Robles, Atascadero & Templeton. These market statistics are taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service for Single Family Residences.

The number of homes for sale in the north county towns of Paso Robles, Atascadero & Templeton is down 19% and the number of months of inventory is half what it was last year. The number of sold homes is virtually unchanged from a year ago although it is trending downward these past few months. Pending homes are up though. The median list price is up 4% from a year ago and the median sold price is down 11%.
